    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/967050"&gt;@Acascante&lt;/A&gt;,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing this with your&amp;nbsp;Xperia M2.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would recommend that you try and reboot your device to &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/c-sonymobile/safe+mode/pd-p/safe_mode" class="lia-product-mention" data-product="187-1"&gt;safe mode&lt;/A&gt; to see if this may be caused by a third party app as they will be temporarily disable in this mode. Once you restart your device as normal all you apps will be enabled again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also if you could try to disable developer options if you have them active. To do so go to: Settings &amp;gt; Developer options &amp;gt; OFF. If you cannot find developer options under settings it means they are already disabled.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the behavior persists i would recommend that you try to do a &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/c-sonymobile/software+repair+using+Xperia+Companion/pd-p/software_repair_2" class="lia-product-mention" data-product="190-1"&gt;software repair using Xperia Companion&lt;/A&gt; on your device.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let me know how it goes!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi. My Xperia M2 was recharging, and sudenly, its screen turns red. I can see all the images, but in red tones. Theres a zone, a low bar without this problem. I'd try with the screen configuration, but nothing. Someone knows what happen? Thanks.</description>
