Red screen

Hi. My Xperia M2 was recharging, and sudenly, its screen turns red. I can see all the images, but in red tones. Theres a zone, a low bar without this problem. I'd try with the screen configuration, but nothing. Someone knows what happen? Thanks.

Hi @Acascante,

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing this with your Xperia M2.

I would recommend that you try and reboot your device to safe mode to see if this may be caused by a third party app as they will be temporarily disable in this mode. Once you restart your device as normal all you apps will be enabled again.

Also if you could try to disable developer options if you have them active. To do so go to: Settings > Developer options > OFF. If you cannot find developer options under settings it means they are already disabled.

If the behavior persists i would recommend that you try to do a software repair using Xperia Companion on your device.
