    <description>&lt;P&gt;As with most of the pre-installed waste of space apps, I don't think you can remove it completely, but if it's causing probems, there are a few things you can try&amp;nbsp;-&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- update or reinstall it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-uninstall updates.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-force stop.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-disable.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I actually think file commander is one of the only decent pre-installed apps as it allows you to delete or move some files without having to connect to a laptop or computer.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
