Are you transfer the data in Settings > Storage > Transfer data to SD card, moving the data using a File commander or a computer?

If you can't transfer any data to the SD card using any of the 3 options. Go back and select Developer options then turn on "USB debugging". 3. Select Logger buffer size and change it to "4 M" 4. Restart your phone, then replicate the issue 5. Go back to Settings > Developer options, select "Take bug report" followed "Interactive bug report". When the report is ready you will receive a notification. Tap the notification to share it. I suggest you upload it to Google Drive and then choose to share a public link to the upload and include the link in the PM.

I will also need your IMEI number in the same PM, which you can find in Settings > About phone > Status > IMEI information, starts with 35.

Thanks in advance!

It stops at speacial percentage, dependent on how many apps I try to transfer.

It doesn't show any error message. Maybe it's because the app has no rights to access the SD Card? In the new Android Version the user agrees in a new window for any rights, but in the app which transfers the apps the window doesn't appear. This is just what I think, maybe it's somwthing different.

This might be an extreme step to take, but I solved my problem by running the software repair option in the Sony Companion software on my computer. Make sure you backup your data before doing this. My Android interface looks completely different since running this tool and my SD is now accepting the exported app data.
