topic System application UI blocked in M Series

System application UI blocked

Since two days ago, one time in a day,on my experia m5 appears a message "system app UI is blocked not properly" and give me che chance to select OK but the smarphone still remains blocked by this message until I restart it. What is this? Can I restore it or go to the assistance? Thank you

Hello @Raffaellaxperia and welcome to the community!

I'd suggest that you perform a software repair using Xperia Companion. This will do a clean installation of the latest firmware and will also wipe your internal memory. Don't forget to backup using Xperia Companion, but preferably without adding apps or settings to the backup.

Follow the steps given in blue links, and keep us updated.

Hi, I have the same problem, I used Xperia Companion but after a few days it has reappeared, maybe the UI System App needs to be updated

Hello, I didn't resolve with companion but now the message ui system blocked appears more rarely.
