    <description>&lt;P&gt;try to set your other sim to 2g only. this way it wont lose connection as it attempts to connect to lte since the device only supports lte on one slot.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;as for the rest of the problems. try boot to &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/c-sonymobile/safe+mode/pd-p/safe_mode" class="lia-product-mention" data-product="187-1"&gt;safe mode&lt;/A&gt;? does it still exists? if so try &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/c-sonymobile/software+repair+using+Xperia+Companion/pd-p/software_repair_2" class="lia-product-mention" data-product="190-1"&gt;software repair using Xperia Companion&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My gsm network simcard disconnects randomly from signal reception several occasions a day. I've tried changing sim, changing sim to either slots, nothing works. I've no issue with my LTE sim, latest software updates installed, phone not rooted and it's under warranty, I've also issues of heating and camera defocus often while trying to snap pics, the phone gets sluggish on prolonged use and needs restart, also it switch off automatically even when battery is not down, lol any Sony engineers out there help me out with the diagnosis and treatment of your mediatek iron box.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
