Software repairing weekly

For whatever reason Im having to do a software almost daily on my xperia m4 aqua. It constantly gets stuck in a boot loop. Ive tried pretty much everything I could find on google to fix it.

It has been dropped once, I missed my pocket.

I'm sorry to hear this.

If you are still experiencing the same behaviour after doing a software repair using Xperia Companion this is most likely caused by your phones hardware. I would however recommend that you try and temporarily remove your SIM and SD card from your device to see if they may be causing this behavior.

If there is no change, I'd recommend that you get in contact with your Local support team for assistance with having your device sent in to an authorized service center for further troubleshooting and repair.
