    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1019903"&gt;@venture&lt;/A&gt; and welcome to the community.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry to hear this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are still&amp;nbsp;experiencing the same&amp;nbsp;behaviour after&amp;nbsp;doing&amp;nbsp; a &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/c-sonymobile/software+repair+using+Xperia+Companion/pd-p/software_repair_2" class="lia-product-mention" data-product="190-1"&gt;software repair using Xperia Companion&lt;/A&gt; this is most likely caused by your phones hardware. I would however recommend that you try and temporarily remove your SIM and SD card from your device to see if they may be causing this behavior.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If there is no change, I'd recommend that you get in contact with your &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/c-sonymobile/Local+support/pd-p/contact_us" class="lia-product-mention" data-product="13-1"&gt;Local support&lt;/A&gt; team for assistance with having your device sent in to an&amp;nbsp;authorized service center for further troubleshooting and repair.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let me know how it works out.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;For whatever reason Im having to do a software almost daily on my xperia m4 aqua. It constantly gets stuck in a boot loop. Ive tried pretty much everything I could find on google to fix it.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It has been dropped once, I missed my pocket.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
