I would recommend that you try and force restart your device.       <title>M2 Aqua charging problem</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a Sony Xperia M2 Aqua that is only about 8&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;months old.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My phone refuses to charge.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have bought new chargers and cables. My phone refuses to charge through a wall charger, and will only charge through my laptop. When I plug my phone in, it constantly shows that its charging and then not charging.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The red charge notification light on my phone also doesnt turn off or change colour. Even after I have unplugged my phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Where can I take my phone for repairs? I live in pretoria, south africa and cant find someone able to repair my phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also cant get hold of a Sony Xperia support team.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
