Clock problem

Hello everyone,
I have a problem with right-top corner clock.
System time is true but this clock shows wrong.
Current time is 21:53 clock shows 11:51 right now.

I had the same problem. Also my alarm clock hadn't work properly. It disappeared one day (probably after software update).

The same problem was in my phone but when turnedoff Automatic date & time and Automatic time zone,this is now removed.You may try it.

I have the same problem, it started happening after Android 6 upgrade. I tried all the advice above, but still the clock will not keep time. Very frustrating
