Browser Small app

I have tried using the small app but i can't even load a webpage. It keeps coming up with connection refused
Any solutions?

settings > apps > all > look for the app > clear the app data > restart the phone > check again.

Tried that even uninstalled and reinstalled still same thing.

I still have them too in my C5 ultra but it's still with Lollipop 5.1, the Z3 had them prior a factory reset but after Marshmallow it never worked. Now, I am not sure if it's because small apps require further premissions to access the network... Can you try to go in Apps, searching for Browser Mini App and checking if you can change permissions, allowing network connections... and test it again?

The only permissions are location,storage, and telephone.

Stamina Mode is making this issue.. set it to auto mode or Never (turn off) stamina mode.

Settings>Battery> Stamina mode
