Give us justice... From heating issues of xperia m4 aqua dual..... If we do browsing or gaming it will be heating up to 50 degee selc. And at this time camera and some other apps cant open or work properly...
So what can we do.? Give us new mobile orrr repair it...

It is normal for your device to heat up when you use CPU intensive applications.

This is very common issue on this particular handset, and its very frustrating because when you visit the Service center the most common and simple resolution they give is back up data and will update the Software or the OS, but unfortunately thats not the solution. It is very true if you play any games or speak for long it becomes too hot. and after scratching my head through for the past 6-7 months I found out that the chipset Snapdragon 615 is the Root cause of it. I am not sure why Sony still using it but read somewhere in some forum that the chipset has got heating issue and this cant be fixed by updating anthing only be fixed if the chipset is changed or updated in next version of it (as per my understanding).

yes it heat up faster when you are outside in the sunshine... happens to me sometimes so what i do it turn it off for about 5 mins and lrt it cool a bit and turn it back on

devices usually tend to warm up after being used for prolonged lenghts of time. how long do you usually play games, browse the net or watch videos? there are also background tasks that contribute to this.

try to boot your device to safe mode, to see if the heating still occurs after using the device for a long time.

remember the device is equiped with thermal protection, it will restart or shut down when excessive heat is detected, but as long as the device works then it is still within its limits.

I am getting very problems after software updated me xperia M4 aqua dual, like battery drains very fastly, do not gets sond when in coming sond musics sound, i have to restart mobile for this manny times in a single day data speed is decreased, mobile gets lost automatically.
As i expecting many important by update but, this time its embarrassed by sony to my many more. Its needed to improve for indian Jio server for 4G connection.
Please help me

After system update I can't turn off peeking from notifications! I used to just have sound and symbol show. Now a drop down showing message happens but I can stop it

You must format your device after update firmware or android..
to reduce the heating & battery drain just install
Greenify from play store this app also improve
your battery life.

If this issue is too much to handle, or if you have excessive battery drain or lag along with it, then I'd suggest that you do a software repair using Xperia Companion. This will do a clean installation of the latest firmware and will also wipe your internal memory. Follow the steps given in the blue link, do not connect your phone until prompted to press volume down while plugging USB cable.

Don't forget to backup using Xperia Companion before you perform the repair process, but don't backup apps or settings.

i have a possible slution 1.the problem cused by the msm8939 chip that heat up match 2. to fix that you need to be rooted then download no frils cpu from play store then lower cpu speed and set profile to power saving and applay then reboot note: 1.do this at your own risk 2.this will slow your phone a bit but remember your phone dosent restart or heat up match if you dont want this methoud you have to update the phone to the latest vertion with flash tool if nothing fixed you have to replase the motherboard soory for my bad english
