Please enable VoLTE feature with Marshmallow update

In India, Reliance Jio is launching its commercial service in coming months, It will support only Voice over LET (VoLTE) and No 2G/3G voice services. Many phones recently launched in India do support VoLTE feature and other manufacturers enabling this future with a software update. Xperia M4 Aqua has SD615 processor which inherently support VoLTE future, So please activate/enable this future with a software update.

This is network based, it will only work if an specific carrier/network add and enable this feature to an specific phone.

If your device supports VoLTE is dependant on your operator. I recommend that you get in touch with your operator to see if they plan to release the feature for your device.

It is dependant on your operator if your device will be able to utilize VoLTE, I suggest contacting them for more information @Navm.

Means they will be directing you to push VoLTE update for us? Because i dont see any option for VoLTE in my xperia device regardless the fact it has a capable hardware!

For it to be available in your advice it has to be pushed from your operator, did you have a word with them? This feature is dependant on the operator, so in this case I can only refer you to them.

Yes I am also agree 👍 with this guy because now I am using JIO INFOCOM network in India but only LTE not VOLTE right now I am getting only data services nit voice services... So please Sony Xperia Inc fix it this issue...

Hi,
M4 aqua has the hardware to support VoLTE but a software update is necessary for that.
Please make a software update.
Reliance jio supprts VoLTE but in m4 aqua its not supported.

@Emir No sir,you are wrong in this point.Phones should support VoLTE through hardware and software.In aqua M4 hardware is emneded but required software update is required from the technical team.
Please do the need ful in the software front to enable VoLTE support in m4 aqua....as Reliance jio now supports all devices having VoLTE support.

Please collect the correct information from your technical team and convey to the forum.
M4 AQUA supports LTE bands that can accommodate VoLTE. It only your software that can enable it.
I have also confirmed from Reliance Jio and they laughed at your reply when i showed them.
VoLTE is supported by only JIO network in India to all devices having VoLTE ENABLED
