    <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes. My phone build num&lt;SPAN&gt;30.2.B.1.21 and still errors the same. &lt;EM&gt;What if you'll just going to give us procedures on reverting the android version of our phone to its original version of android?&lt;/EM&gt; I got a problem on Landscaping the orientation view of my phone as well. Proximity sensor is not detecting anymore. All of these problems are all because of that updates! Sorry but lot of us getting trouble because of that update!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I heard about that "Flashtool", is that safe? If so, since that's the only way as of the moment to get back to our original OS version, give us procedure on how to do it.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Don't advice us to bring our phone to your nearest center if you will never replace our device. It would be a GREAT WASTE OF TIME if we'll just surrender our device to your centers, wait for how many weeks, but no resolution to give.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;LI&gt;Go to Settings &amp;gt; About phone &amp;gt; Build number, tap 7 times on the build number.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Go back and select Developer options then turn on "USB debugging".&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Select Logger buffer size and change it to "4 M"&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Restart your phone, then replicate&amp;nbsp;this.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Go back to Settings &amp;gt; Developer options, select "Take bug report".&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When the report is ready you will receive a notification. Tap the notification to share it. I suggest you upload it to Google Drive and then choose to share a public link to the upload and include the link in the PM.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Interesting to note that the lock settings work just fine under guest mode account, although trying to change them under "admin" account generates the previously mentioned error in my phone also. SONY, PLEASE WAKE UP AND STOP DISRESPECTING YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!</description>
