Hi,
I have a problem with calling answer when someone calling me a small window appear with answer and decline when i click on answer or decline the phone does not answer or decline
What can i do ?

Ok now l have active the safe mode ,but i can not find or open any application which i had installed

So it works fine on safe mode? if it does then it's a third party causing this problem.

Yes now the calling work but no applications what should i do ?
Close the safe mode ?

restart the phone > it will boot on normal mode, if you encounter the same issue, you will have to start uninstalling apps until you find the culprit
