M5 dual new update problem

Hey I updated to build 30.1.B.1.55 and it has serious notification bug.
I'm not able to get notifactions from app when I'm using wifi I have to manually goto apps to check them. If I use mobile data I'm getting each and every notification and even the pending notifications that should have come when I was using wifi.
Till build 30.1.B.1.33 all notifactions was working good.
I have even factory rested my phone and even repaired my software using companion but no change.
Please look into this.

which apps are you experiencing issues with?

hmm snapchat, facebook, facebook lite, ucbrowser, instagram etc. almost every app.
some times it works but mostly it does not.
