My M4 aqua dual touch not responding

This morning when I tried to use my phone I saw that my phones touch was not responding but the buttons on the sides are!!!

Need help quickly. How can I fix this issue?

Welcome to the community.

You can force your phone to shut down by holding down the power and volume up at the same time. Try turning it off and on again.

Do you see any physical damage on your handset?

I have tried restarting several times but still it's the same.

And there is no physical damage, it all started by its own

So your touch screen is still not responding? Try running a software repair and report back.

my touchscreen is unresponsive i have reset and forced it shut by holding the volume button an power key aswell as the off button near the sd slot . What should i do? there is no physical damage to the screen either.

My girlfriend has the same problem. Everything was fine and suddenly it stopped responding. Restarts didnt help and i cant connect it with pc to reinstal it. Any suggestions?
