Charging port issues

Ever since I had my m4 aqua, I am having charging issues, when pluging the micro usb it will just randomly charge and stop charging every seconds or so. Same problem when connecting to my laptop. I used several cords and still having the same issue.I know Sony made the port waterproof and that the micro Usb has a bit sticking out the port, so I am thinking of a manufacturer issue. Anyone having the same problem? Knowing that if I charge it overnight and that the phone keeps on switching between charging and not charging, after unplugging the charger, the phone keeps in doing the same thing and it is à nightmare to turn it off and back on.

Did you dried the USB port completely before charging the phone?

Yes it was dry and already tried the troubleshooting. Nothing helped. Where I live there isn't any Sony facilities. And I doubt I can send it to them. My carrier said they can send it to repair, but I doubt they will find what's wrong with it, I worked in telco for a while and know what they do... Lol

Yes looks like it, just wondering if it was hapenning to other peops as I thought it was an known issue on m4
