Open SIM Card tray and try to find a small square yellow button, use any tool or pen tip to press it (do not use a sharp tool), this will hard reset your phone. Put it on charger for 2-3 hours and see if you can power it on.

Hi,

Could you try to hold the ON/OFF + volume up(+) button for 5-10 seconds to see if there are any reactions? Otherwise, could you try to hold the OFF button down for 120 seconds (ignore any vibrations) and then release the OFF button > Connect it to the charger and let it be connected for an hour or two before you try to power it on.

When i try to turn on the phone , the Sony Xperia Logo appeared for 1 second after that , the phone off again. The Blue LED Notification light still up, untill now.

And what if you remove the SIM- and SD-card, does the phone boot correctly? If not, I suggest that you perform a software repair using PC Companion to see if this can help.
