    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1146311"&gt;@Ravi26&lt;/A&gt;, sorry to hear about this. &lt;IMG class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.com.mk/html/images/smilies/035.png" alt="Slightly_frowning_Face" title="Slightly_frowning_Face" /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The device will automatically&amp;nbsp;start up in safe mode if the volume down key is pressed during the start up of the device and as you mentioned that the volume keys are broken, that is why the device starts up in safe mode each time.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;As the Xperia L has reached it's end of support, spare parts for this device are no longer available and you can't perform a software repair using Xperia Companion either, so I'm afraid that there is not much that I can assist you with.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you have a case on the device that is pushing down on the volume down button, try removing it!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
