If the problem is resolved then one of your installed apps is causing this issue and you have to figure out which one. Start by uninstalling those apps you installed recently.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've had issues with calls the past few days. Whenever I have phone calls the other person can never hear me properly. They describe it as a crackling sound so I assume I keep breaking up every time I speak. I've not had this phone long and I've also tested earspeaker and microphone and they work fine. Anybody know what it could be!?? Thanks in advance&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1148262"&gt;@El02&lt;/A&gt;, welcome to our forum and I'm sorry to hear about this. &lt;IMG class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.com.mk/html/images/smilies/035.png" alt="Slightly_frowning_Face" title="Slightly_frowning_Face" /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;As&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/495370"&gt;@Quester&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;mentioned, safe mode is a great way to start with the troubleshooting, just to make sure that a recently downloaded application isn't the cause of this behaviour.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Should there be no change while the device is rebooted in safe mode, try changing the network mode in the device and see if that helps! You can do that in Settings &amp;gt; More &amp;gt; Mobile networks &amp;gt; Preferred network type &amp;gt; GSM Only.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Let us know how it goes! &lt;IMG class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.com.mk/html/images/smilies/011.png" alt="Slightly_smiling_Face" title="Slightly_smiling_Face" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
