I want not to updat my phon but phon shows notifiction for new updat apk and past sevrel days volume don't work and any music can't have or any voices in telegram or alarms phon. What is problem???? Please said my answer. Tanks.

Which update are you referring to? also, are you saying that you sideloaded the apps (APK files) instead of downloading them from the playstore?

I'm saying an update to the device. No, I do not update the files. However, every time a new update comes up to the device, and I do not upgrade,

After some time, some functions will automatically fail. For example, the device does not play any sound.

I doubt that's related, most likely that's a third party acting up, whenever you encounter any issues, boot in >>> safe mode > this will disable all third party apps that could be acting up, check if you encounter the same issues, if you don't then it is a third party app.
