Hi I have got a Xperia mobile phone and my screen has changed when someone is calling me it's something to do with flash call and I can't answer my phone plz help

I'm sorry to hear this.

I'm not quite sure I understand you question. Does you screen flash when you receive a call or is flash call a app that is being used to make calls?

First I recommend that you make sure that you have the standard calling app selected as you phone app. You can check this is you go to: Settings > Apps > Tap the cogwheel > Phone app > Phone.

I would also recommend that you restart your device to safe mode to see if this behavior is caused by one of your downloaded apps as these will be temporarily disabled in this mode.
