Which Xperia do you have? android version? messenger version? have you uninstall and reinstall the app?

I have xperia L1 and messenger 4.0..yeah u have its showing everything else but the conversation page its just showing a Blue loading icon can u help??

Since that's a third party app, there's not much people can suggest, if it's a bug, it will be up to facebook developer to fix

Is there anyway to do contact facebook in order to fix it do u no? The woman said it happened on the xperis ax and if I could try find somebody with that fone and try the same solution on this one

if you go to the playstore > type facebook > tap on facebook > scroll down > you will see the contact info there
