Bluetooth, wifi and hotspot stopped working on Xperia E3

Hi,

I have Xperia E3 (D2202). Its bluetooth, wifi and hotspot is not working. The bluetooth on off switch is responding but its not connecting. The Wifi on off switch is not responding. I have done the repair service through Xperia Companion but the problem persists.

If anyone have idea, please provide help.

I'm afraid that it sounds like this is related to hardware and not software, as you have already tried all the troubleshooting that we can offer you and the next step is to get in touch with your Local support team and they will assist you further with having your device sent in to an authorized service centre, so a technician can examine it.

If you have any questions regarding warranty, local service routines and consumer laws, they will gladly assist you with this as well.
