Hello, I send you this message because I have my Sony Xperia E3 which remains frozen in the blue boot screen. I have no problem with the battery, it loads very well. I broke my head to do a lot of software repairs and between 1 week and 1 month, it bug, goes out and does not work anymore. It remains frozen on the boot. Can someone help me please?

I'm sorry to hear this.

I'm not quite sure I understand exactly what you have tried already to get your device to power on again. Have you tried to perform a software repair using Xperia Companion?

I would recommend that you fore your device to shut down. To do so:

Remove the back cover.
Press and hold down the OFF button using the tip of a pen or a similar object. The device turns off automatically.
