I did hard reset. After this the phone don't accept my account to restart. Say that I need to login with the same account that I have before, but I am using the same and the phone don't recognize this. What I can do to have my phone back working?? I recive e-mail in my google account that I had make a login in a Xperia but this don't really happened (the login).

if you try to perform a software repair using Xperia Companion, does it recognize your account? remember be specific with the capitalization and gmail account is different from google account

Hi @Williamamt

It sounds like your device is locked by Google Device Protection. This is a security measure that is activated automatically if the following requirements are met:

You have a supported device (like Xperia E5).
You use a secure screen lock.
You have added and logged in to a Google account in your device.

If you perform a factory reset on your device while Google Device Protection is active you will be asked to unlock your phone using the Google account present on your device prior to resetting it. Note that you cannot have reset the password to that Google account in the last 25 hours for this to work.
