I would however recommend that you try and perform a &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/c-sonymobile/software+repair+using+Xperia+Companion/pd-p/software_repair_2" class="lia-product-mention" data-product="190-1"&gt;software repair using Xperia Companion&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This is a bit different from a factory reset as the repair will reinstall the latest available software in your device, something that a factory reset does not do. Do note that all data stored on the internal storage will be deleted when performing the software repair, so it is advised that you create a &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/c-sonymobile/backup+using+Xperia+Companion/pd-p/Xperia_Companion_Backup_Restore" class="lia-product-mention" data-product="192-1"&gt;backup using Xperia Companion&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;before starting with the repair.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you still can't activate Bluetooth or Wi-Fi after the software repair has been completed, please get in touch with your &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/c-sonymobile/Local+support/pd-p/contact_us" class="lia-product-mention" data-product="13-1"&gt;Local support&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;team as the device will need to be examined at an authorized service centre.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Let me know how it goes!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
