The SD card has been ejected

Since I bought this phone with its 16GB of internal memory I had not seen the need to resort to external memories, however, I came that time and bought a Class 10 SDHC Card 16 Gb and it happens that the phone expels by itself The card and is when I must give the task of removing and reinsert it manually or in its defect restart the phone.

I tried to solve the problem by doing the long and tedious software repairs with the Xperia Companion tool. Without success.

I hope someone can give me a definitive solution. Since Sony in regards to updates and solutions to problems is a bad company with a bad customer service.

You need to rule out that possibility of a defective SD card first, so you'll need to test another SD card in your phone. If the same happens then it might suggest a hardware issue and you'll need to contact your Local support.

Have the same problem. Already reformatted my sd card same thing happened. Also tried replacing a new sd card still its being rejected. Sony please fix the problem. Ever since the marshmallow update

The situation is very disappointing, and more so when Sony does nothing to solve the problem with an update. Just like other manufacturers like Apple and Samsung. I definitely feel it was a mistake to give a vow of faith to this brand.
