Bluetooth turns on upon reboot

Had to do a factory reset and ever since, the Bluetooth turns itself on every time I restart the phone. Have to manually shut it off. Very annoying. Please help.

I'm sorry to hear this.

I recommend that you restart your device to safe mode to see if this behavior is caused by one of your downloaded apps as these will be temporarily disabled in this mode.

If the behavior persists I'd recommend that you reset your devices network settings. To do so, go to: Settings > Backup & reset > Network settings reset. Note that this will delete any storage Wi-Fi network, Bluetooth pairings and your Internet settings (go to: Settings > More > Internet settings to download again).
