Hi @Candasaki, I am very sorry to hear about that.

How often does it occur, and does it happen while doing something specific, such as using a specific app or service?

Have you had the chance to try and remove any SIM- and SD cards to see if that helps? In addition, it may also be a good idea to run the device in safe mode to see if that helps, as all third party apps are deactivated in safe mode so that you may see if one of those could be the cause.

Let me know how it went and some more details!

Yes i tried that and as of now it back to normal but still i don't know what caused of it i hope it won't happen again 😥
