Can someone tell me where I can buy a new tray?

The only place which shot to head is authorized service, maybe they will help you. I did not heard that official sim tray is in sell as unit, detail and ect. (off course there is ebay, amazon and ect., people selling any h.e.l.l so you can check here too :))

As @Unregistered user pointed out you can buy these online or you can have your device sent in to an authorized service center. I would also recommend that you get in contact with your Local support team to see if they can assist you with this.
