Garanti kapsamındaki telefonumu garantiye gönderdim ve telefonu ilk aldığımdan beri var olan sıkıntısını bana kullanıcı hatası olduğunu söylediler ve 262 TL para istiyorlar.sony gibi bir markanın servisi böyle olamaz. Benim sony e olan güvenim bitmistir Kardesimede Sony marka telefon alacaktım ondanda vazgectim kim çıkarsa karsıma bu hadiseyi de anlatacagim.

I have sent a guarantee to my phone which is covered by the guarantee and they told me that it is a user error and I want 262 TL as a problem since the first time I bought the phone. I have confidence in my sony I will get a Sony brand phone in my sister.
