Since the day before yesterday I cant receive any calls. Upon checking, my phone was busy even Im not using it. I already transfer my sim card to other phone and its ringing.

It will disable any third party apps, once you restart the phone it should reenable the third party apps.

I already put my phone into safe mode but still can't receive call.

@Pinkheart, could you check your network settings? make sure they are the right apn settings. try to set your network type tp 3g/2g.
