Xperia C 5 dying and not restarting

Hey,

My Xperia C5 ultra has been dying really fast, it switches off automatically (even when it's 75% charged) when I'm using it and when I switch it back on, it says 0% battery. This happened for a few days and now after I put it to charge, the charging light comes on but it doesn't turn on.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

I'm sorry to hear this.

I recommend that you try to temporarily remove any SIM and SD card from your device to see if they may be causing this behavior. If you are still experiencing the same behavior I recommend that you perform a software repair using Xperia Companion.
