Can you try and connect the charger while your phone is in safe mode and see if you have the same issue?

I restarted with safe methode but it don't work, always the same problem

Hi @Sofiane93,

When you say you reset the system, do you mean you did a factory reset?

Or did you perform a software repair using Xperia Companion?

If you have completed the software repair above and still have these issues from here you would need to get in contact with your Local support for further assistance.
