Hi Team, Please help me with the issue my phone is turning on but stuck with the sony logo and the sony theme it is not going to lock screen too.

Hello @Pinkyreddy and welcome to the community

If your phone is totally stuck at the Sony logo screen, then you have no choice but performing a software repair using Xperia Companion. This will do a clean installation of the latest firmware and will also wipe your internal memory, so that means that all your data on internal memory will be lost (SD card will not be affected). Follow the steps given in the blue link. Turn your phone off, leave it on a charger for 2 hours, and do not connect your phone until prompted to press volume down while plugging USB cable.

same problem i experienced in Feb-2017, submitted mobile for repairing in authorised service center. Service center replaced battery and sim board assembly and charged me around Rs.2350/-. After 1.5month On March 29th 2017 i.e. within 90 days, Same Problem again came in sony experia c. i again submitted it to same authorised service center. This time they said that mother board is damaged. now the question is, 1) if the problem was due to mother board then why they replaced battery and sim board assy. 2) if they checked it completely in first repair they why it is not identified in first rapair.

they are making us fool...

when i download software update companion and run the software it shows a message about entry point key now what should i do???
