Touch screen problem.

My screen doesn't work really well when the data is open.. I think it's when the phone battery gets hot it affects the screen performance... What should i do?

I'm sorry to hear this. I'm not quite sure I understand what you mean with "when the data is open", do you mean when the screen is active?

I would recommend that you test your touch in diagnostics. To do so, go to: Settings > About phone > Diagnostics > Test > Touchscreen. How does the screen behave in this test?

I'd also recommend that you reboot your device to safe mode to see if this behavior is caused by one of your downloaded apps as these will be temporarily disabled in this mode.

My Sony c4 having a same problem. It touch work on its own, when the phone is in warranty the touch is replaced from center. But now again in 8 months I am facing the same problem and Sony center is asking huge amount for replacing it or buying a instead of it. I never accept this type of support from Sony.
