I'm not quite sure I understand what you mean with "when the data is open", do you mean when the screen is active?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would recommend that you test your touch in diagnostics. To do so, go to: Settings &amp;gt; About phone &amp;gt; Diagnostics &amp;gt; Test &amp;gt; Touchscreen. How does the screen behave in this test?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'd also recommend that you reboot your device to &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/c-sonymobile/safe+mode/pd-p/safe_mode" class="lia-product-mention" data-product="187-1"&gt;safe mode&lt;/A&gt; to see if this behavior is caused by one of your downloaded apps as these will be temporarily disabled in this mode.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let me know how it goes.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My &amp;nbsp;screen doesn't work really well when the data is open.. I think it's when the phone battery gets hot it affects the screen performance... What should i do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My Sony c4 having a same problem. It touch work on its own, when the phone is in warranty the touch is replaced from center. &amp;nbsp;But now again in 8 months I am facing the same problem and Sony center is asking huge amount for replacing it or buying a instead of it. I never accept this type of support from Sony.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
