    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the update!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you haven't tried with a different SIM card in your phone, I would recommend doing so. That way we can see if this is related to the phone or the network.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can also reboot your phone in &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/c-sonymobile/safe+mode/pd-p/safe_mode" class="lia-product-mention" data-product="187-1"&gt;safe mode&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;to make sure that is not caused by a third party application blocking all incoming calls.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Keep me posted!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;' all incoming' in Settings is showing as Disabled.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To enable calls I am asked for a password.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can't remember inputting any password ( apart from when the phone is switched on) which I use.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have had this since I bought the phone but because of very low usage I have not noticed it before.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you enable this setting, you will not receive&amp;nbsp;incoming calls. For more information on the password, I'd recommend that you get in touch with your operator.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When someone calls you or if you can call yourself from another phone, is there any voice message saying that the number can't be reached or that it's busy?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I'd recommend that you start with registering on your operators network again. To do that, go to Settings &amp;gt; More &amp;gt; Network operators. Now a search will start and when it has been completed, tap on your operators network (marked with a small house icon).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can also try with another SIM card in your phone if you have one available or if you can borrow one from a friend, colleague or family member!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Let me know how it went!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your reply.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;I have tapped on &amp;nbsp;3 ( my supplier) &amp;nbsp;in Available Networks.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;When a call is made to the phone from another phone " can't take your call right now " is the message received by the other phone.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Also, the call from the other phone immediately goes to voice mail on my phone.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;</description>

This will delete all data stored on the internal storage of your phone and reinstall the latest available software.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Since data is being deleted, creating a &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/c-sonymobile/backup+using+Xperia+Companion/pd-p/Xperia_Companion_Backup_Restore" class="lia-product-mention" data-product="192-1"&gt;backup using Xperia Companion&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;before you start with the repair is advised.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
