Hi @Kingjini, sorry to hear about your phone.

Is this behaviour something that have started to occur recently, for example after you updated your device or installed a new application?

If you have a screen protector on your phone, have you tried to removing it? If you haven't I would recommend doing that.

You can also reboot your phone in safe mode, that way we can see if this caused by a downloaded application or not, since those applications won't be loaded in safe mode.
