Touch screen problem

Out of the blue when I turned on the screen I cannot touch it. I turned it off the screen and turned on again but then I cannot touch the screen still. The phone didn't lag or what.

My first instinct when I cannot touch the screen was to reset it (by pressing the reset hole at the back of the phone) because I cannot power it off. When the phone was reset, same issue I cannot touch the screen.

I hope someone can help me here. Thanks a lot!

I am sorry to hear about this. Do you have any damage on the screen? Like a hairline crack?

Do you experience the same issue in safe mode?

You can try running a software repair using Xperia Companion but if that doesn't work, I recommend contacting your Local support team to arrange a repair assessment.
