Sony C5 Ultra Sensors problem

Hi All,

My Sony C5 Ultra has a problem with screen auto rotation, flash light, proximity sensor, light sensor. When I restart the phone everything works normally, but when I get a call, screen goes black(proximity works onces) and then after that call, all other sensors doesnt work. No flashlight, no autorotation etc. I would be very glad if someone can help me.

Hi @Sah_Mardan, I'm very sorry to hear this.

First of all I'd recommend that you test your phone in safe mode to verify if this behaviour remains or if it could be caused by a downloaded third party app.

If it's the same in safe mode I'd then recommend you to perform a software repair using Xperia Companion. This will reinstall your device's software so don't forget to backup any important data before proceeding with this.

It is same in safe mode. And same problem after repair.
