Hello,

I have now for more than a year and a half a Xperia C5 Ultra and for a week, after a factory reset, the phone no longer wants to launch Adroid.
It remains blocked on the black screen Sony Xperia or sometimes on the wave on purple background for hours and hours before turning it off without result. I did a software repair twice via Xperia Companion but it did not give anything more the results are the same.
Android launched itself once to end up constantly displaying internal programs that stopped and it went out.

The BootLoader has not been unlocked and the software has been repaired twice on different computers.

What can we do to make it functional again?

Cordially.

@NeoSilver turn it off, remove sim and and SD card and try to restart your phone again. If it fails to restarting try to perform a software repair while sim and SD are out and let me know if it worked.
