Not enough free space to download new applications

Hy, i've a c4 dual, with a 8 gb sd card, and the card is almost empty, but whenever i want to download anything, i've no enough space. So, how could i select the sd card, as the primary or anything?

The apllications on the card, but the apps on the phone for the storage space.

I'm afraid that applications can't be installed directly to an SD card. You will need to install the application in your phone and transfer it to the SD card. Do note that all applications that can't be transferred to an SD card and it's up to the developer of the application to add support for this.
