Hi i also face the heating issue and the charging issue. My phone is charge very slow. i put on charging whole night but it is charged only 50%.
Now i used under ultra saving mode

When you using device in charge moment, device charge process can be delayed more like usally, sometime can discharge (even if you playing games or doing some others works which require a lot of resources from device), coz charge process can be slowly as discharge. In this situation i advise you to leave smartphone alone untill it will be fully charged. The same advise is about heating. When you doing a lot of works with your smartphone it can head much more. Leave for a while smartphone to cool.

If you leaved smartphone at night to charge and still charging a lot of hours, try to restart device and connect to charger again if will not helps, try to repair with Xperia Companion, if still you'll see that problems did not gone, try to contact with local service

P.S. For me helping only "leave device alone" advise, i hope the same will be with you, and don't forget all devices (smartphones, computers and ect.) heading up, that's why they have coolers and charging a lot of time, coz have big batteries, that's why there is quick charge feature in some models (even high-end), which by the why don't have C5 Ultra (Dual too)
