There are a few things you can try to see if you can get your phone to start before you contact a service center.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;First I recommend that you try and force restart your device. To do so, press and hold the volume up and on/off key simultaneously for at least 10 seconds.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would also recommend that you temporarily remove any SIM and SD card from your device to see if they are causing this behavior.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have still experiencing the same behavior you can&amp;nbsp;perform a &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/c-sonymobile/software+repair+using+Xperia+Companion/pd-p/software_repair_2" class="lia-product-mention" data-product="190-1"&gt;software repair using Xperia Companion&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have&amp;nbsp;tried the above troubleshooting and you are still unable to start your device I&amp;nbsp;recommend that you get in contact with your &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/c-sonymobile/Local+support/pd-p/contact_us" class="lia-product-mention" data-product="13-1"&gt;Local support&lt;/A&gt; team for assistance with having your device sent in to an authorized service center for further troubleshooting and repair.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let me know how it goes.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I am Dr.Brinthan. From Sri Lanka. I have bought a Sony Xperia C4 dual 1 year back, and after some system upgrade the phone death. Not booting, when I connect to PC only a red indicator is there. I tried to find a company service centre in Sri lanka, but seems none I could find.
