Xperia C4 - Can't connect to PC and frequently shuts down itself

Hi,

I bought an Xperia C4 on november 2015. Exactly after one year i sent it to Sony support and they changed the battery (no charging and temperature under 0 degrees).

Now my phone shuts down itself (very frequently) during the normal use. Sometimes it shuts down and i'm not able to turn it on again (i'm not able to enter recovery too) for at least 2/3 hours: no button works and the off pin on the right side has no effect. If i try to charge it the red led turns on but the charging screen dosen't appears.

So i know that the most common solution is to repair it via Sony Companion but...surprise! Second problem: my phone isn't recognized by the PC (i changed PC and cable but no possibility of recognition by the PC).

I'm not happy to send it to Sony support again so, are there other possibility to fix it?

P.S. I serched on the forum and it seems that i'm not the only one to have these problems but i'm the only one that have both problems at the same times...

I'm sorry to hear about your issue, but you will have to contact your Local support to get it inspected as this seems to be hardware related
