Mobile rebooting when charging and getting the notification Battery temperature is too high

Hi ,

I’m using C4 dual. i'm facing 2 problems ,

1. I am connecting my phone to charger for charging, the boot is boot, Xperia logo appears and phone shut off. Again, the same thing gets repeated.

2. But, it's charging in mobile off stage some time only and ON and I’m getting the notification "Temperature is too high" when I’m using the time and it shut down immediately.

Repeat the both problem again and again.

I’m using Original adaptor, USB cable (starting time to till) and Factory rest once (after geting issue).

Please anyone help me for this problem.

You could repair the phone with XC >>> Xperia Companion but this might be a hardware issue, you might want to contact your Local support to get it inspected.

try to charge your device for 1-2 hours using the wallmount adapter. do not leave it unattended.

then perform software repair using Xperia Companion

Hi uliwooly Elite,

It's failure, i can't able to connect my mobile via usb. Because whenever i connected its started to restart. OTG is working fine in this mobile. no issues. if there's any application , we can download and repaire the moblie. is there any possible ?

Hi nolramlb,

I install the application Xperia Companion. problem is i couldn't able to connect my mobile via USB. Bcoz, When i connected to USB then mobile has started to restart again and again.

Is there any other solutions available?
