C5 ultra doul turned off and not open

It's given light when connected to the charger cable no more and left on the charger for four hours and pressed the power button with the sound button. Until the lock button next to the external memory place pressed it for two minutes and also two more minutes with the power button, but no avail So

You need to add as many details as possible so anyone can assist you, but based on what you posted.

Connect the phone to a wall charger > press and hold power & volume up for 10 seconds > let it charge for 2-3 hours
