You can transfer files to your SD card if you go to: Settings > Transfer data to SD card > Transfer. Note that not all files can be transfer to your external memory card.

If this is what you have tried and you are still unable to transfer files to your SD card, could you elaborate what happens when you try and transfer your files. Do you get any error messages?

I do not think there is any option I have tried and also use link2sd but can not do it yesterday before the reset again because the data can not be turned on can still be moved to the external memory
