front facing camera problem

After i update my c5 ultra to the latest version my front camera did not work . Ive try everything like restart or reset but still doesnt work . Pliss do somthing with the update .

@Sabrinasantana me arisguo a contestar en espanol, la cosa es la siguiente: Si ya intentaste a hacer un software repair ( software repair using Xperia Companion ) y todavia la camara frontal no te funciona, el problema es seguramente hardware, o seal la camara fisicamente no esta funcionando. La cosa mejor que puedes hacer es hacer valida tu garantia contactando el soporte local en tu ciudad ( Local support ).

Si tu garantia ya expiro' pues mejor contacta Sony de toda manera, pueda que el modulo de la camara no sea tan caro.
