first of all i started getting message (phone is shutting down due to high temperature). and i repaired my phone through Xperia-companion, after that i am not facing high temperature message in last 2 hrs hope i dont get that issue again, But i have found new issue , my mobile is not charging , during phone off, if i connect charger during start screen led light turns on like its charging, after charging icon get pops up then LED light turns off but still charging icon shows but wont charge........ but also MTP/MSC connects with pc. please help me ASAP.

The heat warning it's normal, if you are constantly syncing or playing videos, games, etc the phone will heat up and you'll get that message to prevent heat damage to your phone, as for the other issues, it'll be wise to contact your Local support

After 1 day i switched on my phone but also it was showing high temperature. And i upgrade my firmware to lollipop and now mobile shut down itself with no message .. But now main problem is charging, i even used wall charger but it just sounds like charging after that Led turns off and wont get charged .. What is the matter ? ... Plz let me know, i want to get rid of this

Hi SahilJoshi,

Try doing the following.

Hold the Power button and Volume + key for around 15 seconds, once done put the device on charge for around two hours.

After this point, you can attempt to power on the device and see if it has charge, if the device does not turn on I suggest running through a software repair on the handset.

Software repair instructions

If this fails please contact Customer Care for further help.

I have this problem last 3 days, i turned off my phone because its not charging i still have 39% charg left now, when i connect charger it sounds as cable connected ... But no charging .... But i can connect mobile with pc and can transfer anything.. But device is not charging .. I have tried software repair already.. No works.

Seriously guys I am fed up with Sony charging issues. I bought my Sony Xperia C3 dual in 2k14 and it's almost a year that I got charging problems. I tried using Sony charger but it's not working anymore then I change to Samsung charger using it for a month or two then same issue not charging then change to Nokia same issues after a month. All together I have used around 10-15 different chargers which lasted for few days and weeks. Other features and applications are way to good except charging problems. Not to forget I have spend extra cash on getting original Xperia charger thrice. Still nothing.
